Postage FAQs

Postage charges are non refundable on items returned for refund.

BFPO addresses.

If you have a BFPO address, you should enter BFPO (Within EU) or BFPO (Outside EU) as appropriate.
If 'Within EU' you will be charged VAT - if 'Outside EU', you won't be charged Vat.
You will be charged the UK shipping rate for either destination.
Please note: If you enter the country you are living in as the final field (ie. not BFPO), you will be charged the relevant shipping charge and VAT.

Estimated Shipping Times

This is the TRANSIT time - that is, our estimation of the time it will take to get to you from when it leaves us

UK - 1 to 2 working days
Europe - Between 1 - 4 working days
USA and Rest of World - Between 4 to 8 working days

Orders within UK are dispatched via Royal Mail or Business Post. You can check your order status on your Tracker page and via their website online trackers.

Non-Delivery of your order

DO NOT ASSUME THAT A CARD WILL BE LEFT IF YOU ARE NOT AT HOME TO SIGN FOR YOUR DELIVERY.
PLEASE CHECK ON YOUR TRACKER FOR CONCISE STATUS UPDATES.

If your package has not been delivered when you know we have shipped it - it's likely your local postal service is holding it if they tried to deliver when you weren't home. You should contact them in the first instance to arrange re-delivery. We don't have any influence on local postal services.

Re-delivery/Change of Address

If you change your delivery address AFTER we have processed your order - there is an additional charge of £6.95.
This is because the delivery address will have already been advised to Business Post, and they charge us if an address has to be changed on their system.
We can only change addresses in this way for UK deliveries.

If the goods are already out for delivery and you want to make a CHANGE to the original delivery address – Business Post charge us, and we are obliged to pass on, an additional charge of £10.95. This is because the original delivery address will already have been allocated to a driver and Business Post charge us FOR BOTH DRIVERS
